Our farm has a home. We have secured 60 Bigha of land in Morang District, in Koshi Province in eastern Nepal. Registration of the land is currently in process.

Morang sits in the warm, low-lying Terai and borders India — a good fit both for growing coconut and for reaching domestic and export buyers.

The current 60 Bigha is planned for 7,500 palms alongside a coco pit factory, a food processing unit, a nursery and an eco resort. Our longer-term target is to expand to as much as 100 Bigha, which would allow for roughly 12,400 palms at full buildout.
